TRANSPARENCY.
We want you to know what we're doing. If you call us at any time, we'll have information about your order ready for you. If we spot a misaligned letter or other potential printing errors that require adjustments to your design, we'll send you a design proof before printing. And if you have a question about how your design will look when printed, we'll give you honest, constructive feedback.

COMMUNICATION AT EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.
Even though the printing process is complex, we want to keep you informed every step of the way. For each order, you'll receive notifications for: confirmation of the order, order approval, potential order concerns (if any), artwork proof and verification, and delivery confirmation. You will also be able to login to your account to see exactly where we are in the process.

NO UNNECESSARY MARK-UPS.
We offer the lowest prices available. To ensure our affordability, we conduct regular surveys of our competitors both on- and offline. We're dedicated to spending our time and financial resources on what matters most: attractive merch at attractive prices.

A SIMPLE, YET POWERFUL DESIGN EXPERIENCE.
We make customizing your shirts easy. With our ShowMerch Experts, you're able to add fonts, insert logos, upload your own image, and if you're not completely satisfied, you're even able to completely redesign your merch and start over. We never print merch until you have approved the final design.

Our shirts are screen printed using the highest quality inks. Our high quality printing comes from years of printing experience, use of top-notch inks, and an unwavering commitment to producing well made, long-lasting products. Our prints will last wash after wash, and our garments will come free of material defects.

Put your show on the button with our high-quality, pin-back buttons. Buttons make a great gift or promotional material for your students. All of our buttons feature a high-gloss, weather-resistant finish, a steel pin-back and high quality and full color face print.

We offer several button sizes/Shapes:
Round Buttons: 1", 1.25", 2.25" (other specialty sizes available by request)
Rectangle Buttons: 1.5" (square), 1.75" x 2.75"

Our stickers are made of high quality vinyl and coated for years of outdoor durability. Our stickers will hold when exposed to different types of weather conditions and are printed on high-quality durable vinyl with a thick weather resistant coating that helps to protect the stickers from fading over time. This high-gloss or matte weather resistant coating provides UV protection and guarantees that the colors on your vinyl stickers will stay looking great for 3-5 years outdoors, in all weather conditions!

Our Keychains feature a glossy and sturdy acrylic body, with a high quality stainless key ring. Get double exposure with double sided full color printing, standard. These acrylic keychains are offered in two shapes, round and rectangle; they are perfect for everyone!

We are constantly working on new products. Recently we have started printing convention-style bags with show logos on them. These bags have made great gifts for your creative team to carry their scripts, pencils, water, ... whatever they need to and from rehearsal - in style!

You and your ShowMerch Expert will work to perfect your product. Your ShowMerch Expert won't stop until you have a product that you're happy with! We will send you photos and graphics so you'll see exactly how your merch will look.

You can collect orders on paper or online (or both!). Our online ordering is simple. You provide your cast with a link via email, flyer, or whatever means you have. They head online. Fill out the form and order their ShowMerch. We will ship the merch with the rest of the order. You can have your customer pay online for an additional fee.* * Online charges are subject to a 3% processing fee that is added onto your order.

Submit your final totals. You can double check your totals at any time, see the names of the students/cast members who have ordered, see what sizes are being ordered and more. Once you are sure that your order is ready you can submit the order. Your ShowMerch Expert will double check your order and begin to process it.

Your merch will arrive in a big box that will include your packing slip with all of the merch information. We will make it easy for you to to distribute. We can also bag and label each individual order for an additional charge.** ** Bag and label charges are based on the quantity of shirts ordered and start at $10.
