Stars, Stripes, and Stories

As students prepare for their town's annual Stars, Stripes, and Stories Parade, a simple question sparks an unforgettable adventure: What should we celebrate about America? Guided by the mysterious Story Keeper, a group of students embarks on a magical journey across the nation, discovering the people, places, freedoms, and values that have helped shape the American story.

Along the way, they meet iconic landmarks like the Statue of Liberty, the Grand Canyon, the Rocky Mountains, and the Mississippi River. They encounter inspiring historical figures including George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Susan B. Anthony, and Martin Luther King Jr., while also learning from everyday heroes such as teachers, nurses, farmers, firefighters, soldiers, volunteers, and parents. Through each encounter, students discover that America's story is not defined by a single person, place, or event, but by countless individuals working together to build a stronger future.

Filled with humor, heart, and patriotic pride, this flexible educational production celebrates citizenship, freedom, service, community, leadership, and opportunity.
